I am so happy with this washer. It is huge Blankets and comforters fit with Ease.
It is also very quiet compared to past washers I have owned. It can wash more clothes than my dryer can handle. would highly recommend The price was Awsome

I bought this washing machine in December and loved it. Nice big tub easy to work Unfortunately after a power surge hit our neighborhood the washing machine was fried. However fortunately I had the Home Depot Protection Plan which reimbursed me for a new washing machine. I went back to Home Depot and purchased the exact same washing machine.

I bought this LG to replace my old LG that was close to 10 years old. I admit I do miss the extra cycles my old washer had i.e. towel and perm press cycle but I love the bigger capacity of my new one. The buttons on the new one are a little annoying in that you have to hold them down a little
longer to activate them. Overall I love the machine because it gets my clothes clean and thats what is important to me.

I was considering a new washer with impeller vs agitator for a while. My old washer was an agitator type and some of my clothes were ruined because of that so I decided to go for an impeller this time . I chose LG for its high ratings and I am impressed so far after a month . The auto detect of water levels were impressive. It uses less water than before and the clothes washed were very cleaned .

I have had the washer for just over a month. I wish I had my old washer back. I dont care for this product. My clothes and sheets are being washed in about 8 inches of water that doesnt always cover the fabrics. I have tried to ask for help by phone to your company for suggestions. I have tried using the Water Plus setting and the Deep Water setting but this is when I have a normal load. We bought this product because Consumer Reports rated it high..

Excellent quality and great features direct drive is very nice and no agitator allows for easy loading especially bulky items. Multiple features allow for great choice on type of load your doing and the cleaning cycle is great for after dirty work cloths.

I love my washer. I havent had a new one in 15 years. I am able to wash my king size bedspreads and blankets at home now. No need to go to the laundromat I can even see through the top of the washer now to see it in action. The new technology is great.

I bought this machine as part of a Memorial Day weekend sale. We liked the tub size 5.0 cubic ft. and the simplicity of the dials on this model. Within minutes of install we did a test run then ran a load of laundry. We were very happy with how quiet it was as well as its actions.

I bought this washer thinking it would do an excellent job. Washes ok rinses and spins. But when I take the laundry out any folds in the clothing I shake out but after drying they are still in the clothes. Did not buy so I could iron everything

This new technology has its good points but the tub on this is so deep I have a hard time reaching down to get all of the clothes It is very noisy when starting up. It sings a song when the load is done. Nice feature but hard on my cat haha Like that it has no agitator gets clothes very clean.

We purchased the LG machine back in April. I was able to wash all the king size bedding in one load. It was quiet and no unload balancing occurred not like our old machine.
The tub size is more deeper than we had my only problem is reaching down to get the
small items out of the machine. The different settings are just what we needed .

Our older HE Washer broke on Monday May 2nd and we ordered a new LG washer on Tuesday May 3rd and it was delivered and installed on Wednesday May 4th. Its a bigger machine than we had before but it seems to clean clothes very well. Overall were very happy with our new LG washing machine.

I bought this washer because it was highly rated and a good price. When I saw that it didnt have an agitator like my old machine I was worried that it wouldnt clean my clothes as well. Im happy to report that isnt the case. It does a great job and nothing can get wrapped around an agitator or twisted out of shape. Im a happy customer

We got the pair washer/dryer. I was hesitant to get a washing machine w/o an agitator but Im glad I did. The only drawback on this particular washer was it really didnt fit my king-sized comforter. It does use minimal water to be energy efficient but I found using the deep wash cycle for larger loads works best for me. It even has a jingle when the clothes are done.
